Gulf Air offers ‘Grand Prix’ package For Formula One fans

New Delhi, March 6 If you are a motor racing enthusiast and only have a day to spare for watching the races, do not despair. Just start packing your bags for Bahrain to watch the Grand Prix races starting April 4.
Gulf Air has launched special packages that allow a traveller to leave for Bahrain in the morning, reach in time for the warm up races and the finals and still have enough time left to catch the return flight back home. All this for about Rs 12,000 per person which includes airfare and tickets to the races.

Sounds like a good package deal if you are F1 Crazy fan.

3 nights, 4 days with accommodation and race-day tickets for 20,000/- how very tempting.

it cannot get better than this for F1 fans, though i dunno about the facilities, weather or say overall experience at Bahrain Circuit.

Can somebody shed more light on Bahrain GP.

No I don't think it's possible. Peak Arabian summer, hot desert sun, no I don't think anyone can shed more light than there is already. :)

Hi Guys,

I have lived in Bharain for nearly 2 + yrs btw 2002 to 2004 thats when the circuit was just taking shape and completed in record time.

Its one of smalled island countries having multi small islands one can tour the country in half day.

It's las vegas of arab world with lot of gambling, flaovours of world( u know wht i mean) its a toursits spot for arab countries around.

Bharain is a free country no restrictions and open to all citizens, lot of indians obviosuly...

Temp at times will be quiet hot with sand stroms its would be balzing... howevr its a diff exp for watching the race , man and machinces take the grunt of nature extermes...

Off Topic: Wondering if the Singapore F1 would also throw in some nice package like this. When I checked today, tickets for 'Turn 2' have already been sold out.
