full on battle between FA & MS..
more so between michelin & bridgestone

Pat symonds said that at magny cours..
a 5% increase in downforce results in a gain 0.3 seconds of lap time, whereas
a 5% increase in tyre performance results in a gain of 1 second per lap !

that shows how competitive the 2 tyre companies have to be..

also hoping toyota shw their pace ( and go on to finish the race )

Schumacher
Massa
Alonso

The rest dont matter. If kimi has a good day, and qualifies well on saturday, then he might have a shot at the podium. Also dont discount the Toyotas.

huh! you guys are all so stuck up with McLaren, Ferrari and Renault... infact the team to watch out will be the one with the new chassis .... Super Aguri... Sato will make sure he'll run everyone down with his new monster f1 car
On a serious note... I want McLaren to win! Don't care about the rest!

2. Massa
3. Trulli/Raikonnen

I feel Fonsi will struggle in this race just the way he did in INDY

Qualifying Results:
1. Kimi Raikkonen(Pole) 1.14.070
2. Michael Schumacher 1.14.205
3. Felipe Massa 1.14.569

and guess where is Fonsi????

P7- Fernando Alonso 1.15.282

I somehow feel that Kimi is running light on fuel and maybe MS will get a jump on him in the first round of pit stops. Just anticipating a Ferrari 1-2. FA looks down on form like in Indy but you can't say anyting about Alonso coz he is a fighter for sure. Anyways, Go Shummi Go!

YAY!!! Finally, Fonsi is running out of luck..

Ferrari 2, 3 at start on the grid seems very nice, now a Ferrari 1, 2 victory would be sweet!!

Guys, any idea when the qualification will be aired in India??

I agree with you. All weekend ferrari were dominant, even till the final session. I am also sure that kimi is running light on fuel.

He would be more conservative....and settle in at the best place he can. He wouldn't risk going flat out all the while, cuz hes got everything to lose..

Running the McLaren light is the best way Kimi can try to win the race. Infact McLaren have always tried to go heavy in qualifying and lost the position, while Ferrari or Renault have been able to get a clean start and just concentrate on gaining a lead ahead of the pack. If the McLaren is on the pace then they might be able to get a good lead and hope the pit crew can also do a clean job!

I'm hoping McLaren and Kimi especially has a good race this time....
