McLaren should be a would have been a strong contender only if it had sorted out its probs, much like Ferrari did. They have the potential, and all they have to do is to keep it goin. Anways their chances this season are pretty much over. Maybe next year Kimi will be given a much better car so he can go flat out as hez best at.

You make a lot of sense in what you say but Fonsi is not known for driving defensively. To be honest, now after qualifying i feel the race-results will be as follows.

1. Michael Schumacher
2. Kimi Raikkonen
3. Felipe Massa
4. Fernando Alonso

I Just pray that Fonsi does not get on to the podium coz that will reduce his championship points advantage over MS big time, but still there would be nothing as joyous for MS fans than to see the sight of a FERNANDO ALONSO - DNF

This season is quite similar to what happened in 98....
1998- Schumi v/s Hakkinen
2006- Schumi v/s Alonso

A good qualifying session overall. Good lap by Kimi to get on pole but i dont think that will stop Schumi from going flat out. The Ferraris are fast and it should not take more than a few laps for Schu to get in front. Alonso is capable of coming up in front from behind but the lower he stays the better

Now for the race

Schumi leading followed by Massa and my bet for the third place is on Weber. What a way to overtake Fisichella!!! Awesome drive.

Fantastic drive by MS. Just goes to show the heart of Ferrari and MS to fight back soo late in the season to be right up there beating Renault. 14 points eaten up by MS from Alonso in 3 races, Simply Superb!

Ferrari n Michael n Massa on top!!!!
MS is back with three wins in a row..and backed up by Massa very well indeed.

Now its just down to 11points, and at this rate, it'll only thake Micheal a couple of races to snatch it all from Fonsi. Now only if Ferrari can win the constructors championship as well!
