Alonso is has got 2 second time penalty in tomorrows qualifying for some dangerous driving in free practice. That means 2 seconds will be added to his best time in each of the sessions. So i doubt him making it to the top ten and even overtaking is also difficult at Hungaroring. So he may not get a podium finish also. This is very good news for Schumi and Ferrari and iam sure Ferraris will dominate the race.

Alonso is stupid to try something like this when the champioship is so close. Either that he is immature or the pressure is too much for him to handle now. I dunno if this guy will crack-up completely when he moves to McLaren and the car just breaks down.
Hope McLaren can get Weber... that guy is much better than Alonso... calm composed and determined. Just that he has been in the wrong car.
As far as the race this weekend...lets hope McLaren can up the pace and try to break the Ferrari... Alonso will be caught behind Trulli with no chance to overtake!!!

Now even Michael Schumacher has been awarded 2 second PENALTY.
For overtaking under red flag.

this could be the decisive moment of the championship. In a circuit which is impossible to overtake, schumi has failed to capitalise on the advantage, now he has to start from the 12th place and FA from 15th.

Nonetheless, it should be an interesting race with both the championship contenders charging from the back of the grid.

Bad moves by Schumi and Alonso... now they both look stupid!
That last second push by Kimi was super... Hope McLaren are not running kimi very light like the last race. If he is on a good fuel strategy, this might work in favor of Kimi and McLaren. The Honda's look good so far... but I thoght Jenson had a engine failure during practise and that was the reason the Red flags were waved and Schumi overtook assuming that no one was looking?!
Isn't he getting a 10 place penalty? Hope the Honda's manage to hold till the end!

I feel Shummi will start from 11th and not 12th on the grid since Jenson Button will be docked 10 places because of an engine change which will move Jenson from 4th to 14th on the grid. So 1 less car for Shummi to worry about. Anyways, a bitter blow for MS and his fans

Damn, just when i thought Fonsi ran outta luck.....

BTW, both of them could be refuelled pretty well right, so still they could manage to get some of those championship points, if not a race win. And now its upto Massa to get Ferrari another win in a row.

It will be interesting to see who (between Alonso and Schumi) will stay longer before heading into the pits. that is going to be the decider... It might be a good race for McLaren if they pile up a good lead over Massa and Pedro gets ahead of Rubens.
So overall something new to look forward to... a new race winner this weekend and also some interesting pit strategy!

Yes and Schumi is like watch the video and decide for yourself. According to him Alonso deliberately braked so that Schumi can pass him and book himself.

Edit - Monteiro and Speed joins the list of Penalty takers!!

Shummi overtook Fernando Alonso, Robert Kubica and David Coulthard after the Saturday practise session was red flagged following an engine failure in Jenson Button's Honda
