This is nice and hilarious indeed.
However lets see how Monza goes without Fisci.

As per the History; The last Italian Driver to win at Monza was Ludovico Scarfiotti with Ferrari in 1966. Lets wait and see how long this might stay.
Ironically it was his First and Last win of his carrer.

Is he tiny or is the Ferrari cockpit that wide without that aero component thingy that's normally there? He looks so happy in it. That alone should count for about two tenths

Fisi is new to KERS. Hope he remembers to press the magic button instead of his race engineer screaming frantically over the radio "Fifi..the button..press the button" .

Seriously I wonder how he'll adapt to the new car. Since testing is banned, he'll have only Friday & Sat to adjust.

Also, Fisi does not have the future ahead of him, unlike Vettel, Hamilton etc. He's reaching the end of the road. This may have put weight to his decision. He has more to think of his retirement plan rather than his career as F1 driver.

Fisi is quiet small. Most race drivers are. Be it MotoGP or F1. Theoratically they have advantage for carrying lesser weight. However skill often outweight the weight disadvantage. Regarding the picture, the cockpit panels have been removed. You must have noticed that after race when drivers come out of the car, they remove the upper panel (over the shoulder) + steering. Also they cannot even wave properly after a win . Just a small portion of their hands/fist punching through the cockpit. Thats how compact F1 cars are. F1 cockpit are also made to fit the driver. Considering Massa and Fisi, it may not be perfect fit but difference will be small. Kubica who is pretty big will have trouble with Massa's car.

Seems massa is only 5.4 feet and weighs 58 kilos.

I don't buy the Italian driver, Italian team sentiment that Mallya is espousing. This coming from a man who could not even consider Narain to test drive a Force "India" team car! And considering that at that time, Narain was struggling and looking for a break! BS!

Is it me but isn't Sutil the one who has been closer to the podium and that too very close till Kimi srashes into him.

May be Ferrari have promised not to crach into FI cars as part of the deal

Mallya just echoed what Ferrari have been saying. Ferrari wanted an Italian driver for Monza, Mallya had one. So that's it. If Ferrari/Fisi didn't play the Italian driver card, Mallya wouldn't have said it.

Narain's case is different. Narain is not in the same league as Fisi. Sutil was already in the team when Mallya bought the team. So he wanted an experienced guy to develop the car, which is what Fisi has been doing. Force India are better off without these 'Indian driver' sentiment. They have done well with their current setup. Indian driver will definitely get a chance whenever there is an Indian driver in same league as the rest.

I think the deal is to ensure that force india cars stay behind so there is no chance of Ferrari hitting from behind.

Force India owed Ferrari money for the estranged engine supply deal. can't see why fisi-move couldn't have been the smart move to scrap the debt.

Good move for Ferrari but bad move for Mallaya. He's throwing away what could have possibly the one and only win for Force India. (before the others catch up)

The car is really suited for the hi speed - low downforce tracks like Spa and Monza is similar.

This would have been their best chance for victory. Now its doubtful if Fisi can get used to a new car so quickly. And remember the Ferrari qualified only on P5 in Spa and so its not really a fast car. It was Kimi's mastery that got the win.

Its definitely not a good for Force India F1 as they don't have any test driver !!
Karun Chandhok will definitely stand a chance here.
