I guess Nico wud be a good choice for Mclaren...as Heikki is not significantly contributin to the team in any way.
In a team like Mclaren ,a driver jus scoring 17 points out of the 12 races is jus not acceptable

Anyone would be a good replacement for Kovi . Hami + Rosberg would make for a good team. Both young, quick & full of energy.

Kovi really hasnt had a great time at Mclaren . Nico though has been doing better at Williams. Mclaren can give him the car to win, the boy surely has talent. A Lewis/Nico combination at Mclaren in 2010 would be nice. Does Kovi go to Williams then?

Kimi back to McLaren. Nah, I don't think so. I think he is doing a pretty good job at Ferrari, except for the beginning of this season. IMO if Kimi moved from Ferrari his next stop will be WRC, which will be sad because KIMI we want to see you with another WC.

Heki did okay last year. Not much was expected, it was merely a straight swap to get rid of 'Lonso. Hammo and Rosberg are good personal friends , I understand

@mods, I still insist its time we put all these 2010 talks/rumours into a different thread leading upto the 2010 season. while all the way continuing the 2009 season discussions in their respective threads. what say?

The Musical chairs are waiting for Alonso to pick a chair of his choice so that others can fight over the rest. To confuse matters you have BMW walking out of the sport and no one knows whats going to be the fate of the team whether they would do another Phoenix like Brawn or otherwise which would mean the Wild Pole would be desperate for a decent drive.

There are all kind of rumors floating around.
One report sayes Mercedes is interested in developing Brawn as their own team and have Nico drive for them. But it is hard to understand why Mercedes would leave McLaren and join a year old BrawnGP
Mercedes to take 75% stake in Brawn – but what does that mean for McLaren? | F1 Fanatic - The Formula 1 Blog | F1 video | F1 pictures | F1 news | Lewis Hamilton | Fernando Alonso

Robert Kubica might find himself in Renault next year, if Alonso moves to Ferrari.

Today Ferrari is supposed to announce something about their new sponsorship deal with Santander. It will be interesting to see if they announce anything about Alonso deal.

Assuming Renault are still there. with all the games about Alonso & Singapore last year I am not too sure.
