Well this time, the penalties are completely warranted. Its never okay to continue at full speed under yellows. And Buemi impeding the rest deserved a penalty too.

My money is on Kimi.He is starting 5th.Fuelled heavier than the top 3 his starts off late have been terrific. He is literally bullying his way out at the start with the KERS system means he will be running longer than them,.

I expect him and Lewis to be up by 2 places atleast after the initial corners in Lap1.

Vettel should win this comfortably if he manages to keep lewis behind in lap 1. Brawns will have tough time tomorrow, given their low fuel load and grid positions. I have a feeling that Button will have DNF tomorrow.

Alonso was saying he would gain positions because of penalties. Look at the grid now, he is almost at the back. Did he forget how to count?

Revised grid with weights:
1. Sebastian Vettel, Red Bull, 658.5
2. Jarno Trulli, Toyota, 655.5
3. Lewis Hamilton, McLaren, 656
4. Nick Heidfeld, BMW Sauber, 660
5. Kimi Raikkonen, Ferrari, 661
6. Nico Rosberg, Williams, 684.5
7. Robert Kubica, BMW Sauber, 686
8. Adrian Sutil, Force India, 650
9. Rubens Barrichello, Brawn GP, 660.5
10. Jaime Alguersuari, Toro Rosso, 682.5
11. Jenson Button, Brawn GP, 658.5
12. Giancarlo Fisichella, Ferrari, 661.5
13. Heikki Kovalainen, McLaren, 675
14. Sebastien Buemi, Toro Rosso, 665.4
15. Kazuki Nakajima, Williams, 695.7
16. Romain Grosjean, Renault, 691.8
17. Fernando Alonso, Renault, 689.5
18. Vitantonio Liuzzi, Force India, 682.5
19. Timo Glock, Toyota, n/a
20. Mark Webber, Red Bull, n/a

Seems like KERS could propel Lewis up a place might even take vettel by the end of his first stop or maybe even before that, probably at hair pin.
Kimi might struggle throughout the race.
Kimi Raikkonen – 8th:
I don't think we could have expected much more today. We know what our potential is and we have to accept that.

so its going to be a wet race eh.
I guess all teams must've stopped developing their current cars and moved on to the 2010 program.

If its a wet race, it'll probably be between Vettel and Hamilton for the win. Both of them are pretty darn good when it pours.

Trulli's pace was impressive. But not sure if that is enough to secure his 2010 seat in Toyota. Another good drive from Kimi to keep Ferrari ahead of McLaren in WCC.

Button should consider himself really lucky for the 1 point he got. If BMW team hadn't messed Kubica's race, Kubica deserved 8th place.

IN WDC standings, Button's 16 point lead doesn't mean much anymore. We have seen in 2007. Button need's to step up for the last 2 races.

Drama filled race???? I think qualifying had more of drama than the actual race itself. Race was quite boring as we really didn't see any overtaking or even attempts to overtake...

Nice to see Vettel really closing the gap between himself and Rubens. Seems like it'll be Button as WDC (unless he gets a DNF) followed by Vettel and Rubens. Or is it too early to predict?
