One more time aint bad, now that he aint the champion. Schumi not in F1, or being in an incompetitive situation in F1 is like music to my ears.... but by the way, wasnt this thread about Narain

Nico Rosberg (Keke's son) has been signed up by Williams to race alongside Mark Webber.
So much for Narain's chance.

not usually.. but williams are short of funding
and they are quite a few drivers (like NK) who are desperate for a F1 drive

lets not forget, with every passing year it is become tougher n tougher to get into F1

good point though.. i'm wondering if this could be the 1st time a driver is paying for a non-racing seat in F1

Now Narain is linked with the new F1 team Super Aguri team and i think it is possible and good for him. Another news is that he may also race for A1GP team india for a race or two.

n SIr FrankWilliam according to me will not sign up Narian Karthikeyan, coz he workd wid d likes of NIgel manson, Damon Hill (he might not be big but he won the 1996 champion ship), also the great ALIAN PROST.
Mansell and Damon Hill certainly never had any charisma/flair or it never showed in interviews. They were described as being very dull.

I feel if Narain had the right drive he would get podium finishes.

Even i think narain is a gr8 driver ! But due to the lack of sponsorship in the earlier years he made it to f1 last year. in a country like india where motorsport isnt even recognised as a proper sport ( 1 of teh main reasons why narain did not recieve the arjun award this year) . I think narain has very good potential but lacks sponsorship , he drove the jordan till its fullest ! and in comparison to tiago i think narain was rather agressive with his driving but he overall he drove much better than him ! tiago wanted to complete the races but narain wanted to finish in a good position ( another reason tht leads to his agressive driving leading to his DNFs in teh races) that was a major mistake by narain but still HATS OFF TO HIM ! He is THE ONLY INDIAN IN F1 FOR GODSAKE !!!!!

Narain is taking another test for williams. In the last outing he outpaced roseberg. Lets see what happens.

Hatari, during the last season third drivers were given a chance to race when their regular drivers dint perform well. its roseberg's first season and if doesnt liveup to the expectation, narain may have a chance. its not necessary that either one has to get injured.

Check this out... Narain has been invited for a second test drive with Williams. Obviously they are impressed. I hope he gets a chance to race this year and proove his mettle.
