Friday practice is 2 days away.

Well the weather seems to be good for the Friday practice, but predicted FOG for the qualifying and the race on Saturday and Sunday.

Bridgestone are bringing the super softs and medium tyres for Hockenheim.

So that will give the F10 something to cheer about. Also, big updates have been promised by Ferrari for the race.

Let's hope this will make it at least a 3 way fight for the rest of the season.

Pirelli will take over as the F1’s sole tyre supplier from 2011.

The new F10 with the Redbull type exhausts was tested in Fiorano during a media event. There is also a rumor about a new diffuser.

I think this track will suit the Mclaren's more. Redbull have said that they have to wait till Silverstone where they expect their car to reign supreme again. All said, unless there is rain, I think this will be a snore fest like Bahrain. It's a shame that Spain has 2 of the most boring tracks on the F1 calendar.

Alonso seems to have Massa number again this race; Renault seem to be doing pretty well too; so is Sutil for Force India

Maybe they are looking at the screens in their garages?

Merc GP seems to be strong here. Nico's posting good times. Schumi should come good in the race if they are able to get their package right.

Star sports is not going to broadcast the Qualifying live because of stupid football.
The Qualifying will be broadcast at 11.30 PM tonight.

Football alone not to be blamed. It's the Wimbledon (SS) + World Cup (ESPN) effect.

FP3 live now and both Ferrari and RB are trading times. MGP too looks quick.

Lot of teams from the middle order are steadily creeping up the order if we notice since last few races.

But.! Mercedes GP . Inspite of the BIG names in F1 are the only ones moving backwards. Nico's car is fine, Schumi is OK. But the car never looks as if it can challenge any top teams . Its good only to stay at the middle order. Thats not what we expect.

Mercedes GP cars are tumbling down, lapped up by many new guys on the block. I am sure, they will end up not qualifying and tomorrows race, it will be 13th or 14th on the finishing line.
