Thank you for such a warm welcome guys. It really feels good. i have written in brief about my work here at TMC and awaiting the mods to approve and post it under the right forum. Further as I find time I would be writing on how exactly TMC works along with pictures(I need to take permission from the ACP to click pictures first).

@srishiva: yes you are right, there are approx 200 cameras across Bangalore

@download: Im not aware of the traffic channel u r mentioning here. But I do reporting on 94.3 Radio One. Although we(Indian Traffic Network) do tell other stations as scheduled, I report the situation live with about 2-3mins lag, max 10min lag in rare instances.
