Hi Everyone !

I am Rakesh from Haridwar, and am excited to be a part of the Team-BHP... Thank you mods for taking me onboard !

I am an electronics engineer by qualification and work here with a major PSU. Have gone around the sun almost 43 times, and apart from many interests and hobbies, I love driving my car - a 2004 WagonR Vxi. I landed up at Team-BHP site while searching for my next car about eight months back, and my automotive life has never been the same again... such comprehensive and in-depth analyses, reviews and other info... I'm literally hooked ! The forum helped me to zero in on the New Ford Fiesta petrol as my next car (though I'm having second thoughts after reading Rehaan's wonderful review of the car).

My other interests include Astronomy (I own a Skywatcher 5" Newtonian reflector); ancient civilizations - esp. scientific development in ancient times - like Atlantis n Lemuria; ETs (aka aliens) and how we can contact them, and their "cars" (aka UFOs !). I believe that the future of cars on earth is not in diesel engines or big wheels, but wheel-less anti-gravity vehicles with unimaginable capabilities... :)

Would also look forward to your guidance in finally deciding my new sedan... As I said in my earlier post, was looking forward to New Fiesta (petrol), but now am a bit confused as the engine doesn't seem so peppy. Whats your take on the new Verna, btw?
