Hi

Hi guys,

It's great to be a part of this group! I got tipped off about this site by a friend of mine and have been reading the forums almost daily for a couple of months now. I'm simply amazed at what you guys have acheived - this is THE best place to increase your automotive quotient.

I own a carb Maruti Zen Vx '98, Honda Unicorn '05 and an RX-135 '99 (rarely used since I bought the Unicorn, but don't feel like selling it!). I've been looking to replace my Zen for some time now, which is one of the reasons that I started looking around on this forum for tips on what to do!

And, yeah, I borrowed my nickname from the lemur king in "Madagascar" - in case you haven't watched it till now, I suggest you do so immediately

Cheers,
Amit.

Welcome to the club, Amit! Now that you're not using your 135, why not try modding it out? Easily the best bike to deck up. And send us the pix too!

You like to.... MOVE IT!

Thanks a lot for the warm welcome, guys!!!

Yes, I've been thinking of modding my RX for some time now, for weekend rides and stuff. But I'm not sure where to get it done in Pune - I got a mechanic's number from Dilip Bam's Indiabike forum, yet to follow up on it (call me l-a-z-y)

As far as replacing the Zen goes, I'm stuck trying to decide what to do I'm leaning towards a not-so-old GTX, looking at the "mouthwatering" prices on the used car market (as someone said). But then the offers also seem to be few and far between.

Forgot to add... I'll definitely post some pictures once I get up to speed on the rules/procedures for posting, etc.
