Team-BHP - First time lucky-Another BHPian from Hyderabad

Hi everyone,

A special thanks to the mods for approving my membership.

It feels great to be a part of the most happening online automotive community. I had always wanted to be part of such an informative and educative forum. I stumbled upon this great community during my college days where me and a friend of mine were browsing for reviews on the slew of supercars that were spotted in Hyderabad.

About me. I am a B.Tech (Mech) + MBA from Hyderabad. I am 27 years old and am working as a SCM consultant in a reputed firm in Hyderabad. Apart from automobiles, my interests lie in the field of Philately, photography and blogging (to some extent). I am also an ardent reader of online blogs.

We have 2 cars, a bike and a faithful Bajaj Chetak in our home. Dad drives a Sunlight Copper 2008 Swift VXi as well as the indestructible Bajaj Chetak. I own a Crystal White 2011 Hyundai i20 (Sportz-P) and a Gold 2010 Unicorn Dazzler. I adore both my rides and maintain them like my pets. Rising petrol prices have not stopped me from driving these beauties.

Our older rides include a 1993 Maruti 800 (an absolute delight, the car I learnt driving in) and a 2002 Maruti Alto LX. Except the 800, we have used all of our cars for long distance drives from Hyderabad to Bangalore, Chennai, Tirupati as well as to Vijayawada.

We are contemplating towards having a Drive Meet on 1st July 2012, so would be great if you could join the Mega Drive Meet.
