Team-BHP - The wait is finally over!

For more than 4 years i have been a big fan on teamBHP. Been trying to become a member for a very loong time and finally today i get to say hello on this esteemed forum.

Hello brothers,
This is Anand , a normal average joe from a very complicated , happening and lovely city called chennai!

About me- I studied in TN's best private engineering coll and passed out in 2009 after which i got placed like everyone else in a boring software job. I also help my dad run our small restaurant in kotturpuram in chennai(Any BHPians from around my area?):D

Cars we own:
1. Ritz vdi - Mine and only mine (upsized 195/60/r15 mrf zlo's on ava alloys.Diesel tronics coming soon)- 51000 kms

2. Vista qjd - Sister uses this car (stock) - 50500 kms

3. Verna(old)1.6xi - Dad's car (Spent my first 2 month's salary on a music system recommended by a friend- not sure about the setup. Will let you know when the car is back in town) - 30k plus kms

4. Alto k10 - Brother in laws car (sometimes dad and bil exchange cars)- stock but FFE is coming soon with a good set of wheels! - 3000 kms lol:

I am from Teynampet (Chamiers Road) and I frequent kotturpuram as my best friend lives there. If you have no issues, Please share the name of the hotel. There is one "priya non-veg hotel" , "Krishna bhavan" and a couple more. I have eaten in all hotels and am sure i would have come to your place too :D

I like your garage. You have a good collection of cars.

And with respect to the garage it all belongs to dad! Not even a cycle is bought in my name!lol: Hoping to add a few more cars to it in the coming years.

Oh well I guess you must have understood from my location in my profile that I am NRI - Non Reliable Indian :D. I am not in India, but will catch up when I visit home. Thanks for the friendly invite.
