Dont lose hope is the moral of the story!

"Long (3 to be precise!) years ago I made a tryst with Team-BHP, and now the time comes when I will redeem my pledge, not wholly or in full measure, but very substantially. At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world sleeps, I will be awake to life and freedom!!"

'Independence day! Got free from lurking' is exactly what I am feeling now!

A warm hello to all from the wine capital of India (Nasik, Maharashtra). I am a 23 year old petrolhead working in a software development firm. Have a huge passion to design cars (gearing up to be an industrial designer!).

I have spent a considerable time of my age surfing Team-BHP pages! Lost the track of number of failed attempts to register. 'Try try but don't cry' was my mantra which I learnt when I was in 2nd grade, which finally had to implement!

I started my wheeled journey with a purple Hero Ranger Swing when I was 11! The superbike of bicycles :-D Got my driving licence after attending driving school lessons. (could not experience the fun of illegal driving in teens!) Our first car, A 2008 WagonR Lxi duo, which gracefully served us well for 5 years and 98k kms, was replaced by a white Ertiga Zdi recently (Details coming soon!). I also have a 3 years 8 months and 15 days old Yamaha Fazer as my 2 wheeled companion (advantage of buying something on new year's eve!).

As most of us, I love to drive (especially night!) like reading books, a foodie and last but not the least, I love to play guitar!

Looking forward to have an awesome experience on Team-BHP!
Keep Revvin'!

Nicely done!

Welcome aboard. Just a few weeks back i saw another member from Nasik come onboard and ask about other guys from the area.

We've headed down there from Mumbai a couple of times too (eg. Etios, S60 and other test drives).

See you around,
R

Thank you very much Rehaan and iVento!

Mumbai-Nasik drive has become a breeze now since NH3 has been widened. U simply feel like going just to enjoy the scenery! especially during monsoons.

Looking forward for meets and get togethers!

Mmm. I think your handle misses a letter. Is it the letter 'a'?

These two interests - yes including driving in the night - are definitely out of the ordinary. So it will be interesting to read your thoughts / experiences about the same.

Welcome to Team-BHP.

Dear Nair Shreekumar - welcome aboard! Lucky you, living in my favorite city, Nasik. I used to work there from 2007 to 2011 and used to stay at Ashwin Sector, CIDCO. Lovely town, no major traffic hassles, yet (hopefully, will remain so)! Drive safe!

Best regards,

Behram Dhabhar

Thank you very much sir! Glad to know that U were staying so close! I stay just opposite Taj residency! Things have changed quite a lot in these 2 years. Lot of new residential and commercial townships coming up all over the city. Development firing on all its cylinders now!

Do inform if you plan to visit anytime soon!
Looking forward.

Regards
