Hi friends on Team-BHP! I am happy to introduce myself as a new member but an old fan of this great forum. My name is Abhiram Ghadyalpatil. I am 38, live in Thane (Maharashtra), and I work as a senior political analyst for a top foreign embassy in India.

It is been a little more than four years since I hooked on to team-BHP. A simple Google search when I was researching to buy my second car led me to this resourceful network. I have not looked elsewhere since then. The research here helped me a great deal buy my second hatchback--an Indica Vista Quadrajet Aura--in March 2010. I previously owned a Maruti Alto. While I am by and large happy with this car, my next car is going to be a more solidly built product with better long-term reliability.

Outside automotives, I like reading on politics (which is part of my job also), watching Hindi movies with strong political content, photography, and Indian Classical Music. I am really happy to be here and talking!
