Hi All,

After a long wait and multiple attempts, it feels great to be part of the Team BHP community. Ironically though, even though my membership got approved in March, my usually relatively heavy driving schedule was replaced by a series of official travels which did not involve my car or bike, so till now I have not posted a single travelogue. That is changing now though, and I am back on the road. My first travelogue is a Bangalore to Maharashtra trip during this year (2013) monsoons.

To give a background on myself, I live in Bangalore, and own a Toyota Innova, a Royal Enfield Bullet and a Yamaha RX 135. The Innova (so far 37,000 km) is my fifth car after a Maruti 800 (80,000 km), Hyundai Santro (55,000 km), Ford Ikon (100,000 km), and Honda Civic (60,000 km). On a personal front, me and my wife Anu have two boys aged 5 and 2 and everyone in the family is a travel freak and love to hit the road at a moments notice.

Looking forward to contributing to the community and meeting new friends here.

If the Ikon was a 1.6, that's a nice choice of cars. However, you shouldn't be selling your cars off so early, between 50 - 60K kms Related Article.
