Hi to all the members here:

Just joined the Team-BHP forum some days back. I had been reading the topics here for quite sometime. Specially the 4x4 sections. Each time I would Google about "jeeps" or "Thar" one way or another I would be directed to Team-BHP..! I read most of the threads (first 11 pages) till the final postings. What a plethora of knowledge and experience.

Hope for a lot of learning and information sharing here.

In terms of vehicle knowledge and ownership. I am just a plain layman and own an i20, respectively, which is my everyday car of use. Hope to alter this status in the coming months.

Thanks again to: Team-BHP and the wonderful membership base.

By way of introduction: I am 37 years old and work for a management consultancy. My professional background is IT Systems, BI, and Analytics. Home town is Mussoorie, though am based out of Gurgaon. Other domains of interest and passion are: Doing oil paintings, horology (specially mechanical watches), Zippo lighters, collecting LPs, and assembling computers. Reading when I get the time.

Childhood memory:
Remember my dad bringing his Jawa in front of our lawn and dismantling every part and servicing the motorcycle. He even had blue print schematics of the same.

Currently:
Trying to get a SEIKOSHA grandfather clock restored. It chimes and keeps time fine, but want to change the dial and degraded outer body. Let's see what transpires.

Yes, I am the same person...! Sure, will look into that Watch thread you mentioned. Thanks for the link.
