My name is Raghav Tomar and as evident, I am one of the newest members here.

About Me:
Personally I have had a variety filled life ever since I left home after school: I have spent a couple of years with the Navy, got injured and retired, came into the civil life, realized my past education was useless here (it was hard enough to make people understand that Naval Sciences was a valid graduation stream), went back to the university to get a degree in IT, decided studying in classes was too boring, started own business there (a successful one at that), completed the degree, then changed directions as per family priorities, joined with a bank handling IT deptt. and now once again contemplating a move towards my own work.

Why TeamBHP:
Like most members, I started by being just a reader on this forum. This was a couple of years ago when the idea of buying a new car was bugging me. Now, being a stickler for buying the ‘right’ thing means I do research before even buying my toothbrush. Evidently, I wasn’t going to buy a car without due diligence. So the review searching started. This led me to TeamBHP and the excellent discussions here. Meanwhile, the idea of buying the car left the station but I stayed on, hitched to the TeamBHP wagon since then. However, the frustration of not being able to offer my two cents while going through the threads made me apply for the membership. Multiple attempts, some irritations and some discussions with GTO ensured I am here to blabber about myself.

Calling it a day here! Let’s move on to some other interesting threads.
