G'day Everybody

My name is Dominic , live in Bangalore, have been here all my life, and yes have also seen Bangalore go to the dogs. Anyways heard a lot about Team BHP from a good friend , my primary reason for joining this site is technical help.
Bought the car of my dreams in 2004, its a 72 Mustang Mach 1 (eyed it for nearly four years before I picked it up in a customs auction, being in the logistics business it was quite easy to manipulate the system....), Even though she was in the sun for nearly 5 years we towed her out , changed her oils, cleaned the carb and she fired up on the first turn of the ignition. Apart from the mustang the wife and me own a Toyota innova and a Fiat Palio 1.2 lt, the palio due for a change this year, probably will look for a mid size automatic, any suggestions ??

ALERT! Muscle car on board. You gotta love the mustang to pick up a classic in 2004!

Have you started with any restoration on her? How about some pictures?

Awesome!
Congrats....we have a few rather interesting mustang threads onboard, and some good sources of information about them too (members!).

Please start a new thread about the customs auction experience...would really love to know more about it!

Welcome aboard
cya around.

Thank you everybody , pics on the way , probably the before pics first, She has been restored.. new paint job, leather interiors, but seem to have run into some bad luck with the engine and carb, trying desperatly to get parts from the U.S., does anyone have an idea if parts available in India, heard that someone in Mumbai could get it for you but dont know who.

This is when i wish i was in U.S and then my car would have been "OVER-HAULED"
