Hello Team-BHPians!

Hello everyone
My name is Aayush and i'm 23 years old. I reside in Mumbai.
I've been a car enthusiast since the time I've started understanding stuff.
I am a feature oriented guy and keep a track of all the features present on any car today. I try and watch every launch event and personally go to the dealership to see the car.
I've taken test drives of almost all the vehicles launched post 2015(I turned 18 in 2015). These include daily drivers like the Honda City, Hyundai Verna to luxury vehicles like the Mercedes Benz E220d and the BMW X5(I have a few family contacts in dealerships which help me get these test drives).

I'm more of a manual transmission person. The fun in revving up the engine and the sound it creates when you revv any car is just amazing to listen to.
Also i want to learn and train myself in off-roading. I've been thinking about it for years and i think now is time to take the plunge.
I'm a GPYSY fan since childhood and planning to buy a pre-owned one really soon. Just love the way it drives. The car does not look old even after 35 years of its production.

Cars I've owned(My dad):-

1. Maruti Gypsy(1992-1999)
2. Maruti 800(1995-2006)
3. Maruti Esteem LX(1999-2010)
4. Hyundai Accent GLS(2003-2013)
5. Maruti Swift VXI(2006-2013)
6. Honda City V AT(2010-2019)
7. Maruti Ertiga ZXI(2013-present)
8. Hyundai Creta SX AT(2019-present).

Looking forward to sharing ownership and driving review of my Creta soon.
Would be great if i can get in touch with BHPians from Mumbai.

Thank You for letting me be a part of this amazing forum

re: Hello Team-BHPians!

Welcome to Team-BHP Aayush.

For a purist and for those who are looking forward to venture off the road, I personally feel, a MT is much more satisfying to drive. A Gypsy with few functional mods would be a good step, though, you may miss the torque.

Please go through our rules in case you have not, see you around .
