Hello BHPians,
Before I start ranting off about myself, A big shout out to all ya fellas for having built and nurtured the GOAT of all auto enthusiasts forums. It's a privilege to have been finally allowed to a part of this group. :Cheering:
I apologise for not introducing myself earlier and lurking in the shadows for eons. Hoping that the moderators let me get away with a light slap on the wrist.

I am Biswa, 33 years young and born & brought up in Odisha.
Professionally, I have been a merchant mariner for 4 years and aerospace executive for 6 years and now riding the IT bandwagon.
Outside of work, I manage to undertake road sojourns once in a while, occasionally wander high into the Himalayas for high altitude treks and play around with bits of papers and scissors calling it origami.

I've been shamelessly skimming off the TBHP forum for advise & good reads for years now beginning with research to buy my father his first car back in the day.
I currently drive a 2015 Ford Figo Aspire 1.5 TDCI & fantasize about driving a Mustang GT some day. The family also owns a 2011 Chevrolet Beat LT. It sure looks like some fascination with runway car manufacturers eh? but its pure coincidence. I have recently pampered my ride with a few upgrades, thanks to posts on TBHP, especially @arunphillips tyre upgrade and @frankmehta's tinker threads.

Looking forward to having a great time here.
Biswa

Welcome to the forum Biswa.

Nicely maintained Figo you got there.

Welcome to the forum, Biswa bhai!

PS: I remember the drive to Deras-Naraj and back;)

Welcome to the forum Biswa, you got a lovely steed there.
Wish you many miles of safe driving and hoping to see you post some travelogues in the near future.

Welcome aboard Biswa. Clever play on the username.

Look forward to seeing some threads from you on your rides, mods as well as travel. We all benefit from the collective experiences shared by the members.

Cheers.

Hi Biswa,

Welcome to Team-BHP!

Your Figo Aspire deserves a place in our tastefully modified cars' thread. Would be great if you could share details about the modifications in a separate post.

Cheers!
TusharK

Welcome Biswa to the team and clap: for the click bait thread title.

Wow Deras Naraj and Dhauli were my go to places with my school and college friends while growing up. Brings up a lot of wonderful memories.

Hello Ashis Bhai, Thanks for the warm welcome and it's great to have finally joined you here. You were one of the earliest members who motivated me to join this amazing forum.
It was nice catching up on the phone after so long. Lets meet up soon.

PPS: Deras-Naraj trip was epic for reasons more than one. rl:

Thanks @TusharK. You know its money well spent when your car is worthy of a place in tastefully modified cars by a Senior BHPian.
Post coming up soon on the upgrades although I did not document the whole process well enough.
