Hello beautiful people...

Roaming around here for some time. I am amateurish as far as cars are concerned, but have learnt a lot here - Thank you all Team-BHPians.

My experience with cars:
During my college days, one fine morning I suddenly decide I need to learn car driving and I go join a driving school. I wanted M800, but the guy there tells me "If you learn on ambassador, you can drive any car in this world!" and I say okay. The timing was 5:30 - 7 in the morning. First 2-3 days went very well and my trainer tells me that I am the best student he had ever seen. On third day itself, I could drive on highways with changing gears, applying clutch, brake everything. From 4th day the trainer was sleeping next to me, and I was enjoying every bit of driving without his intervention.

On 6th day, as usual he was sleeping and I was driving at a new location. There was a dead-end with a right turn. Just when I was about to turn, suddenly I see a guy on a scooter infront, and out of confusion, turn the car left too much and see one electric pole right infront - BANG - I hit the pole and before my trainer knows what happened, I disappear from the scene !!! and that was the last day of my driving school.

Then after college, I get so busy with my job and my life, I had no time to think about cars.

Now, I am self-employed. I do online trading at stock markets and have a beautiful wife. She works at IBM and life is cool. Again, one fine morning I suddenly decide we need to learn car driving and we both go join a driving school. But this time, we finsh this without any incident. This time it is Santro and M800 and both of us got the driving licence.

It is almost 3 months, and we just can't decide which car to buy. We are running behind a used Alto to a brand new Swift ZXI and every thing in between !

BTW bombat in "Kannada" means superb.

Hello Bombatt knowing iRaghava - Skoda Bombatt is the name of either a car, a tyre an adult movie. I am inclined to believe it is the first.
Welcome to the forum - your style of narration is very easy and your humour is matter of fact and very mild. I enjoyed reading it very much.

I hope you make lots of friends - & don't forget to read all the rules

These r some good things to happen in future for you, coz it happens to me daily .
