Hi Team-Bhp!

Hello everybody. I am Aditya from Thane. Have been visiting this forum for quite sometime. I am very passionate about cars, like you guys, but not well conversant with the technical aspects of it which actually pulled me back from registering myself on this site. Finally gathered courage and registered myself today! I wish to learn a lot from you guys and share my views and be a proud member of Team-Bhp.

Something about the vehicles that i have owned in the past:
Bajaj Sunny (1999 - 2001)
Bajaj Calibre (2001 - 2003)
Maruti Gypsy (did not own it, but took care of it, till she was sold)
Maruti 800 (2002 - 2003)
Mahindra Scorpio Dx (2003 - 2006)
Maruti Wagon R Lxi (2006 - ????)

Besides being a car freak, i happen to be a graphic designer and work in a small advertising agency.

My brother used to ride a Sunny too,and thats the 1st bike/scooter I learnt to ride on.

T-BHP is the right place for you to learn a lot about cars,and beyond.

Welcome aboard, Adi! Spend a little time around and you will be as technically conversant as any of us. Guaranteed! How come you sold your Scorpio for a WagonR? Thats a pretty unusual trade-in.

Actually felt really bad when i had to take the decision of selling Scorpio. Maintenance was a huge problem and expensive as well, alongwith a series of bad experiences with Authorised Service Stations of Mahindra. Plus daily commuting included mostly of city driving, wifey used to drive it too. She felt it was too big for parking issues, i couldn't afford two vehicles, hence went in for a Wagon R! Happy with the decision, but still miss the powerful grunt of the 2.6!
