I love this forum except for the fact that we are don't seem to do well on gender diversity, do we?

Now if thats an HR Pro speaking or a guy-who-likes-to-have-fun speaking...you decide..

Have fun and sunshine!

Guys:

I have said this before..I am a little nervous with those tags like "senior bhpian" and "bhpian" around, in contrast to a "newbie" that adorns my ID.

When do I get to go to prom and then graduate and have a cooler looking tag on my silhoutte?

- Cheers!

Dont give quantity too much importance. Stick to quality. The tags mean little, its your posts that will define you.

Exactly, if you keep posting like the ones you've been doing, it'll do more wonders for you then what tag you have below you id!

Welcome to the forum & I for one look forward to seeing some fun writing from your side!
