Hello

Civility online is very rare - that is one of the things why this forum is very different. Hats off to the moderators as well as the members. (I have read the rules and will follow them.)

I have been playing with cars since 2, and driving them since I was 14. I learnt on a trusted Amby and Jonga, and now enjoy an Infiniti G and Acura TL. I have driven a lot of cars, and IMHO think that the Infiniti G is the best entry level performance sedan.

I hope to relocate to India (nothing like home) soon, and will take lots of tips from this site when buying a car. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the compliments, Tripod. Its only because of the support from this huge memberbase, that we can maintain a certain level of decorum. You seem to have a thing for high-end Jap cars, eh? With the number of headaches an entry-level BMW / Merc can give to its owner, dont blame you at all.

It was more about more bang for the buck - the BMW is the ultimate machine - but they charge big bucks for basic option packages.

Thanks, Ajaybiz. Have driven a left hand drive car couple of times in India, and it was not a very pleasant experience - I hear Infiniti is planning to open shop pretty soon.

Thanks, Lalvaz. The Jonga was a terrific vehicle - 3 gears all the way to 110+ kmph.

Welcome to the forum Tripod! Some nice cars you have but unfortunately you might have to make do with lesser cars once you shift to the homeland!

Anyway, nothing like India I tell you! Have fun around here.

I believe that the driver makes the car - I love the comfort of an Amby and will be happy with that. The Indian auto market has some great cars now, and the best is yet to come.
