Car nut on a mid age crisis

Hello Folks,
I don't think i need to provide my name, user ID being clue enough.
I am one of those typical desis who happened to find myself at one end of a job /jobs which led me to travel to a lot of places, which means rental cars of varying shapes and sizes .

I am a Business Consultant got stuck in the US for a few years, Europe for a few of years, Asia Pak for a number of year and have stayed out for all my life except for 6 yrs of edu in India.

I love the US coz i didn't care 2 hoots about gas prices, could drive huge monstrous trucks(with a single passenger) and best of all but anything i wanted(cheap it is...). Got through a lot of bad vehicles there Ford 150, Chevy Impala, Dodge Durango V8 Hemi, Chevy Tahoe, Mustang until i got married, domesticated and settled for a CRV . Did i tell you all were automatics, which just makes it even worse...

I love Europe simply for the range of high performance i could access, Audi TT,the A4, Golf GTI, Megane, Smart, colleague's 911(thrill of my life),Aston Martin Vantage (Boss)

Best of all, i love India wherein i can drive as i please, everyone drives like a nut, you get 2 inches between cars, you are looking out for potholes rather than the car in front of you and most of all you are trying to stay alive till you hit the bed at night. What an adrenaline rush..

Physically in Europe and mentally in India is how i put myself.

I drive a Beemer and on the lookout for an A6 shortly, coz i am a family man..

Dream: I desperately need that 911

Welcome to TBHP. I've removed few of your smilies.
Reason for that is clearly mentioned on Board Rules. Please go through it.

Thanks folks. I hope to be an active bug in this forum

@iraghava- Yes the 118d is a sleeper.143 horses, diesel FE @19km/l, Max speed 220(personal), 6 speed, outstanding torque. Every 2nd car here in luxembourg is a 1 series. Really flying off the shelves

@phamilyman - That was only a polite way of stating the fact that one was not doing anything of importance other than waiting for the cheque at the end of the month.
