well, the nick DEFINITELY refers to the Dire Straits song...er... Anthem

I like both Knopfler and Dire Straits, i listen to them a lot. But am a die-hard fan of Iron Maiden. My first choice of nick was "thetrooper" but someone had already taken it.

And i LOVE the movie sharktale hence the Oscar pic (obviously)

Other choice of nick was "Ratatouille" with a pic of Chef Skinner (he always cracks me up with that french accent - "I veel 'ave watever 'ee ees 'aving!" HAHAHA)

well, enough about the history of the username selection process
