Hey Everybody !

Have been checking out team-bhp for the past one week and decided to become a member myself....
I'm from chennai-bangalore ....best of both.
Have grown up with some really good motoring experiences from the sholavaram days to the agaram drag meets, hill climbs ,sriperembuddur ....and our very own street races.
Have always owned a jeep ...love war jeeps ...1947willys and a 1942ford .. a 1956 matchless and a 1952 triumph tiger cub
My current set of wheels is a honda city ...more like a project....coz i love working on it ....my esteem was put through the ultimate crash tests and stll looked so good ...miss it! Have decided to be a more responsible and mature adult behind the wheel.
Will keep u guys posted.
More...soon.

warm welcome

Hey thanks everybody for the warm welcome ....
I'm gonna post some pics soon.
I do have pics of my jeep ....the bikes are parked in our beach house so i'm gonna go over this weekend and get some pics.
I have just given the triumph for some more restoration ....
cool fact:the registration for the bike is P 1265 ....pondycherry was just P earlier...another nice thing about the triumph tiger cub is the brake light ...its the face of a tiger ....got one from hyderabad ....broke ...need another one .

I'ts been a week since i picked up my honda city ...my friend shabbir in blore said he's gonna do some mods which will make it fun to drive ....as of now i just got the leather seats ,system and rims in chennai...
lets see how that goes.
later

so does that mean you have the new i-dsi version?

hey yaar, if you wanted to make your car a project, you could have bought the older 1.5 or the vtec... they would have fit the bill perfectly, and besides, it does seem like you like OLD-ER cars...he..he..he..hee..

just kidding man! the i-dsi is good too, but it lacks character, and more importantly, performance! even the new mpf-i esteem can kick it's trunk in terms of acceleration... but hey, it's as comfy as they come, probably more..
