Hi from Trivandrum

Hi everybody,

I am regular reader of this forum for last 3 years, but joined officially today only.

I am 28, male, own a Hyundai Verna CRDi, reaching 20K mark.

My future plans with my Verna,

Damping - because I want to feel like I am traveling in a Luxury car
ICE - I like music with big sound
Pete's Box - I feel, it can save me some fuel price, and can give smooth drive in city (not for the speed, 120KMph is my max, day time 80KMph, in night much slower 60-70KMph)

So I will be coming here regularly with my doubts for these things (if I have some money, I will do it also)

Do check out people's experiences on Pete's box. I have heard some people say that FE has come down as well.

Tvm, nowhere , unless you're planning to DIY (in which case , PM me , I need to order some and install some on mine too )

on the other hand , there is always emperor @ cochin, by far the best place for SQ installs in kerala

Cost, depends on the type and amount of material used, cost from a few k and upwards

Hey wait, I doubt that damping will reduce road noise/NVH. It will make your doors feel sturdier and reduce any unwanted vibes made by the speakers, but that's pretty much it

While we're at it (before the mods come screaming in), where can I get V-Kool done in TVM? A dude quoted me ~20K for the whole shebang (windscreen, windows, etc), but he has no idea what colour it is or what specific product it is. He finally asked me to go to EKM to get it done. Tips?
