Hey ppl, Im new to this forum, have read a lot of threads and think this place is really awesome...with like minded ppl.

well abt myself im an 18 year old guy frm delhi......just passed out frm school(!!thank god)....i think its a big cliche putting this here but yes like all of u i do love cars too and everything to do with them.....fixing, tinkering et all.

we currently own a w108 280 SE 1971 mercedes, immaculate condition, original leather, tastefully kept, i think its the only one in india, delhi atleast!! worth having a look at....i'll post a pic on the side.

apart frm that we also have the not so rare w123 240D merc(in white)....this is the car that i drive and would love to do lot of stuff with....just had her painted.....it is stock right now....but any suggestions on modifications???

we also have a CJ3b willy's typ[e JEEP, which my bro drives....it has been retro fitted with an ISUZU tubo diesel 2.o litre engine and an ISUZU 4x4 gearbox......runs pretty well......and with the turbo....flies as well......a bit dangerous in the jeep though....but plenty of fun....

Hi Shrikar,

Welcome aboard. I too have a W123. Gorgeous car isnt it? Sadly mine isnt doing too well... but its a petrol. The deisels however last forever!
Heres a messageboard that i used to frequent which had some VERY knowledgable people onboard...havent been there recently, but im sure its got a TON of info. (Only problem is that im not sure MSN groups lets you search thru the forum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sucks.

hey rehaan, seriously these mercs rule...have an emotional attachement with them....cant evr let go!! what is wrong with your car?? petrol 123 would be really really fun to drive i reckon....pretty swell!! one word of advice-- dont sell your car!! lol

any technical knowhow u need about the 123 then pls lemme know...i ll be glad to help you out......holler bak
