Hello to everyone. I am a 51 year old ex-Banker from Mumbai. I am an auto enthusiast and came across team-bhp while searching for road /route info.

During March to May 2009, I undertook a long journey from Mumbai to Chennai and from thereon to Kottayam and back through the same route.The distance covered was around 6300 kms. This journey was made easy due to various info posted in the relevant threads by fellow BHPians. In fact the info on this site was so useful that I could plan even minute details like where to fill gas/ stop for breaks and even mind potholes enroute.

I now drive a Maruti Dzire Vxi. My previous cars were a Santro Dx and Maruti 800 Dx.
