Hello from a Scorpio AT owner (Hyderabad)

Hello BHPians

I have recently purchased a Scorpio AT with Airbags and was wondering if there are any others in our forum from Hyderabad driving a Scorpio AT.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Ananth for the detailed experiences posted by him. His views comments and the replies to his posts have helped me set up my expectations.

If you & search in 4X4 vehicles you will just find a almost Scorpio AT 4x4 of Jan 2010

Mahindra has done a a fantastic job in terms of the value for money on offer with the Scorpio AT. There is of course room for improvement, but they have an overall satisfied customer in me.

First hand comments in the 2 weeks I have been driving the vehicle:

1) The auto transmission is very well adjusted to the engine, I haven't found the vehicle groping around with the gears in city traffic.
2) The light sensors work like magic!
3) The ICE has all the latest bells and whistles that we are all so getting used to
4) the mileage is a little on the lower side ( 8 Km per Ltr) in the city with a/c
5) Proximity sensors are responsive

Overall. I am a happy camper.

Welcome aboard maqqq. The Scorpio is a great vehicle. Neat choice. You'll get used to the car once you frequent it. And the mileage will increase with time. Don't worry.
