Hello Folks!

Hello Folks,

First - thank you all for the wealth of knowledge and experience people share on this forum, and I have had never planned any trip in past 1+ year without your inputs, although I became the member only recently.

I am using the template to introduce myself, with few additions

- Your age (not a must but it helps)
32 years!
- What do you do?
In past 10 years of my career, I have been an Automotive Control Software Systems Developer, tester - mainly into Engine Management Systems. I had a chance to work in UK, Italy and in India to work on some of the models which were launched in recent years.
Now, I have been just managing programs. Desire to buy those big cars forced me to move out of Auto industry, switch the domain, and become full time manager in another domain, and where my management skills are better rewarded . Although I am missing my love auto systems, !

- How did you hear about Team-BHP?
Googling!

- Your current interests (within the automotive field and out of it)
* ECUs / Control Systems / Software Systems / Diagnostics systems
* Driving cars
* Outside automotive field - let's do something for our society! Try to participate as much as possible.

- Cars you have previously owned, currently own or wish to own
Currently own - Swift DZire ZDi (Diesel)
Wish to own - BMW X5

Welcome home jjains. Your jobs looks wonderful (the previous one). Sure, you will be of great help in tbhp, especially in modifications. Waiting for your inputs. Please do an ownership thread of your Zdi. Beautiful car. Happy motoring.

Welcome to the Team!

See you around!!

Cartman.
Hello Cartman, Thanks for the warm welcome. Definitely, I will be around, although my long and tiring work hours and load gives me very little space to do any thing else these days!

Sure, I will take care of the forum's etiquettes & rules !

Thanks.

Hellodrdeepudev
Thanks for the warm welcome. I am glad to be here.
I agree with you, working on engine control systems (software) has been one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling part of my career.

I will do Zdi ownership review. I am one of the 'overall' happy customer and satisfied for getting the VFM that I had paid for. However, the interiors quality was not very consistent, e.g: loose flaps on the dashboard! I will bring out those facts in my thread.
