Hello there, everyone !

My search for a forum to discuss Indian cars has brought me here.

I'm with PAG (Premier Auto Group) in the US. Of course, goes without saying that I'm a pseudo auto enthusiast.

By the way, PAG is what Ford calls it's British marques (and Volvo) - Aston Martin, Jaguar and Land Rover together. Mean car companies, eh ? We have quite a few XJ220 fans out here, I figured !

My current car - a Toyota highlander.

Hey Powerslave,

Welcome aboard. Now thats quite a dream job isnt it? Though I dont even know what your job responsibilities are, just working for the ex-2nd largest car company (Toyota since late has been staking claim to the no.2 spot) in the world should procide for some work experience.

The Highlander is a pretty decent SUV based on the Camry platform. Have you got yourself the 2.4 or the 3 litre V6?

GTO

Dreamjob - you bet it is !! PAG are a close knit unit, functioning a little different from parent Ford. Although I'm an senior analyst in the IT department, we get pretty much involved in new launches, promos and test drives. *The longest I've owned a Jag is an XK for almost a week ;)

Yeah, the highlander was one of the first unibody SUVs - crossovers as we call it. Mine's a V6 with 220 horses. But I intend to get myself a real truck now - the Tundra of Forerunner, maybe.

This seems to be a pretty good forum to discuss Indian cars, unlike others. Congrats !
