Hello BHPians

Hello Everyone,

My name is Burjis Cursetji and I currently reside in Hyderabad. This introduction letter comes in after hours of reading posts from all you guys. I was introduced to this site by one Mr. Keshav in Bangalore who is into modding cars. I was surprised at the content of this site and I have thoroughly enjoyed everything that I have read. I have really gained a lot of knowledge about modding in the past few days and I would love to continue do so. Carthick, Iceman... I am your fan already.
I have a 1 year old Baleno, bought with the intention of modding and modding alone. So far, I have got a tuned exhaust free flow, a lightened fly wheel and an exposed K&N air filter. I have also had the privelege of doing a 190K continuously from Ahmedabad to Vadodara in half an hour in this vehicle. I must also be the few ones in the world today who grumbles how close my office really is (just 2km away).

Hooked On!!!

Mister Keshav, welcome to the forum and have a great time!! You must be one of those lucky few who dont have to raise their B.P early in the morn..
It would be interesting to know how many traffic jams you get stuck in that journey of 2kms from home to work....and please go through the Announcements Section before posting.

Thank You for welcoming me in...

Thank You guys for welcoming me in.

Yes, its true, there is a 95 km Autobahn between Ahmedabad to Vadodara. Unbelievable road. An absolute straight - a delight for drag racers. The best part is that there are uncrossable moats on either sides of the road so no making free beef biryani on the way...

Yes, I do plan to mod my Baleno to the hilt, but marriage and a 7.5% loan seems to have heavily come in the way, plus the complete fools at the Maruti service stations who call a K&N filter as a fake. I know I am expecting too much out of them in this regard but where do I go to get my dear car serviced in Hyderabad.

I too have my office exactly 2Kms from home, however I am not grumbling since I live in Bengaluru.

Would you believe my K&N air filter was dealer installed before delivery.
