congrats on the engine swap amit, what does goldien redline at now though?
this engine swap stuff is spreading faster than plague . .
a decade down we might just have manafacturers offering these h-performance engines.

Hey, nice writeup and I can imagine.. it must be a great car now!
But that makes your car street illegal???
I think you should not post pics of your car with the Number plate visible!...

Hey Amitoj, congrats. I am sure you are just too happy... Njoy your ride and post some pics fast. Also, provide us with ownership report at fixed intervals.

And talk about being addictive... just look at us. We are all all so gleeful its as if a new baby is born in the family!

Oh he did a "quickie" to your car too? I saw that happen on McLaren's late lamented Zen and boy was I floored!

You'll never find out, anyway.....

Hey fellas!

Thanks a lot for your wishes and compliments. It means a lot to me.

Hey Nitrous, will definitely keep you all posted at regular intervals about my experiences with e-zen as a daily drive. So far i have done about 400 kms on it, and initial experience is that the car is easier to drive in city traffic than the car's previous avtar.

Will be going in for headers and free flow as soon as its possible.

Once again, thanks a lot for all your wishes, friends. Means a lot to me.

Cheers
Amitoj

Last month i also got my zen revamped. Clocked over a lac kms in busty city driving and my zen was pleading to get this stuff done. Never wanted to sell it being my 1st car..... so planned to get the job done.

The workshop guy worked on engine , suspension , front disc plates and lots of other stuff......
Told me to drive cautiously till 5K kms and the most crucial is the first 1000 kms in which don’t cross 50kmph mark.... poor me :-( driving at this slow speed was pain in ass, but anyways got over with that n now its over 3 weeks and i have crossed 1500kms mark........ and now this baby can give a new zen run for its money....... great acceleration and FE too am getting 16kmpl in city driving conditions. Whole thing took 2 weeks and Rs.36K…….. will write more as I cross 5K kms mark I bet zen will rev more freely after that……..

Cheers,
Naveen
