Aftermarket, Made In China Wipers.

Though i would have preferred buying something 'Made In India' but nothing else was available.

BTW, I like Pirelli Scorpions as well. They are one of the very few options available for XUV and Scorpios with their relatively tough to find sizes. Contemplating to upgrade to AT myself (need to decide between Contis or Michelins), however want to have some fun in coming monsoons with my Maxxis before I move on to ATs.

Yes, anything after Feb 2010 would have been BS4. I scanned all ownership threads and Sahil's Fortuner is March 2010, Dkaile's Aug 2010, Nilanjan's bison Sept 2010, Guderian's is Feb 2011. Not sure about Speedy's bad boy.

Manuuj's is Dec 2009 though (same month as mine). Let's see if Manuuj finds some time to look for it and reverts back.

Hi Karan, As after reading your full in depth review of you fortuner. I have finalised to get the deal done of the Pre Toyota Fortuner 2010, as I had seen the SUV for my friend but it was the first time I was attracted by SUV. And it has clocked 1,27,000 kms but when i test drove it, I was too surprised to as it performed like brand new car. And it was fully maintained by the Doctor Owner.

So, I AM SURELY GOING TO GIVE TOKEN AMOUNT ON RATH YATRA and seal the deal. And Super review as usual from your side and for inspiration. Take Care.

Congratulations.

No wonder it felt so if the car was maintained properly. Fortuners are built to last! The 'Doctor Owner' is generally a big crock though IMHO! No offence.

Karan, superb tread. Now, I am on the look out for well maintained pre face lift fortuner. Not to sound rude, but is your beast up for sale. If not would you know of any other fortuners preferably in team-bhp circle, which are well maintained as your? I am open to cars from anywhere in India, as long as it can get an NOC. Cheers.

Rajmachi Revisted;

Last Sunday we had organised for an OTR Expedition for T-Foggers (Toyota Fortuner Owners Group) to Rajmachi.

But as most of the regulars know that Rajmachi is dug up by the locals we chose a different trail and really enjoyed this adventure;

The pictures will give you a glimpse of the fun we had;

In total there were 5 Fortuners in the line up, 4 from Mumbai & 1 from Pune;







One of the tricky slopes, it did require some spotting around the half way mark;
