I love the Tatas for their reliability like Steeroid mentions here
I have read and heard quite a few statements that confounded me, but this one ranks among the top five of all time

and, yes, I too own a Safari Dicor, so i know what I am talking about

and one more thing, how have mounted those compo's on front door.
i too plan to get my safari back in shape when i'll visit india and what do you think of mounting amplifiers beneath the front of rear seat.
in your opinion which is the best place to place amplifiers other then below front seats.
yes they are available in Hyderabad. The manufacturer and dealer is in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. I met him once and he has different varieties as well now. But mind you : 1.) They dont fix them...infact they worked on their own swift and its a shabby job 2.) Safari mid console and four switch panels means Rs 8K of sheet

The guy is also a member here...dont remember the name though but can search for his business card if needed

Thanks mate. Its the T R U S T of Santhosh that pushed me worked as much as the truck required. Not everyone will leave the keys of a 11L costing car to an online forum friend like he did!
