Re: Life with a Red Mitsubishi Cedia

Hi you all. I've been having problems with the indicator stalk as well. I've gotten it fixed multiple times, but it's now time for a replacement. The part is priced crazily at Mitsubishi. Does anyone know where I can source it from in NCR? I see people like Maven having sourced it locally.

Thanks!

My cedia is making grunt noise on pressing accelerator hard. Changed air filter, oil filter, engine oil but no help. What could be wrong?

Re: Life with a Red Mitsubishi Cedia

Hi All,

I need some urgent help ! I am on a long distance trip on my Cedia from Madurai to Mumbai. I am currently in Mumbai and heading back to Madurai on 6th. Since yesterday, i noticed a noise when i turn the steering at low speeds. Its like a 'grunt' noise. I need to show it to a Cedia mechanic before heading back. Its quite loud to ignore. I dont want it to turn into something serious.

Does anyone know of a reliable Cedia service centre in Mumbai with a number?

Thanks
Shyam

Check this place out. Also take a look at the Mumbai Directory. There are lots of other places mentioned with numbers and reviews.

Re: Life with a Red Mitsubishi Cedia

Sreesh,

I went through the link. This seems to be an amazing place. I will call them tomorrow and check with them, though i am not sure if they will take a look at Cedia.

Meanwhile i will also look into the directory. If anyone else has a reliable Cedia mechanic number, please do post it.

Thanks
Shyam

Re: Life with a Red Mitsubishi Cedia

I have a red cedia 2010 having clocked 170,000 kms. The Grunt noise is due to worn out tooth wheel and/or the coil springs. I am in the process of changing it. Although I live in Bangalore, I get the repairs done in Vellore, TN. The mechanic is Enayath (98432 38634). He is a trained Mitsubishi mechanic having worked in Dubai for a while but now in Vellore. He does a good job.

One of the local mechanic is sure that noise on pressing accelerator hard is due to engine mount. Now i am searching for part number of front right engine mount as part is not available with ASC. I tried to contact Enayath but no response. Will try to contact him again.

Re: Life with a Red Mitsubishi Cedia

Hello All,
Could you guide me to a reliable Cedia service centre in Bengaluru?
I own a 2010 Cedia sports that needs a little extra love than a regular service

It was indeed due to engine mounts and i could replace 3 mounts. Noise and vibration reduced by 80% so it is good for now.

My fuel gauge shows 0 sometimes though there is enough fuel. Does cedia come with fuel float that i should replace or any suggestion for this new problem?
