Nice write up bro. It really seems difficult to part like this. Iam just wondering what going to happen to you now. You were driving a very peppy car why did you choose the swift vdi??? Its has no Qualities of the ikon.

Lucky me iam still living the dream. Ya spares are a problem sometimes but then at 8yrs old what wouldnt.

OUCH ouch ouch! Well to be honest i miss her, she was one sweet car and too many memories attached.

Yup comparing iKON and Swift D doesnt really make sense.

Just noticed the tyres, for 42k plus not bad eh

A review straight from the heart!
I might sound absurd, but I felt the same when we sold off the caliber. It is because of this feeling that we are not selling off our 1992 Maurti 800.

Nice write up Jaggu (sorry i came across this thread very soon ). Well parting with dear ones is very painfull. Since a vehicle is considered as a part of the family. What say Guys???? Always good things need good maintenance. Every vehicle has its own type (cost wise) of maintenance. Dont we enjoy a good ride in vehicles like ikon. Then why complain of high maintenance?? Guys, expect a new JOSH MACHINE from Ford stable very soon.

What is it about cars .......?
Well, I know what you mean. We spend so much of our time inside a car.We pamper it, decorate it, sometimes abuse it. At the end of the day, it becomes an integral part of our life and it really hurts when the time for sale comes up..
