Mobike, Eddy was replying with respect to my comment, wherein i had mentioned that my car, which is the Flair also has no remote boot release.
Maybe you should stop skipping the posts in between.

I would even pay 6K for it... if they had an option!!

Was there a change in the Flair model after 2004 ? Mine certainly has a remote boot release right next to the gear stick.

A little off topic--regarding remote boot release, my Fiesta only has remote release---on the key and on the dashboard. It does not have a key socket to manually open it ! I found many Fiesta's having the keyhole at the rear, but it looks like sxi does not have it at all!! Not sure if there is a flip side to this.

We are going partly off topic here, but just to confirm....
Eddy, the boot release is no longer available on the Flair as a standard fitment. Since i dont need to unlock the boot much sitting inside the car, not so much of an inconvenience to me.

Ashutoshb, Nice review man. One of my friend is considering buying petrol Logan and putting in CNG. Have you come across anyone who has put in CNG in Logan?

Can you please mention the a/c usage also?

Good Report Ashutosh,
Enjoy yourself in your new car...
If I had buget constraints, may be I would have also gone for Logan, as Mahindra-Renault combination was one good bet...

P.S. How come every single BHPian writes such a wonderful, professional, well-laid out technical review reports....!!! Is it the car that makes them so or is it being member of Team-BHP...!!!!
