Some snaps of fabric seat covers, long pending task completed. BTW, you can notice floor mats not fitting well.

How much did you pay? Did you change on all 5? Sometimes people just change 4 and let the spare remain as it is. Hence the question.

I enquired Pratham for single mat that covers rear, but heard that he doesn't have it and MGA doesn't provide it either - he only has mat that comes as 4 pieces. It is transparent, costs Rs 1500.

I am thiking of enquiring other dealers for MGA, since MUL site has a pdf that lists accessories for SX4, where single piece mat is part of it.

Low fuel warning is not supported and I could not locate in SX4 Manual, it says something - Fill the fuel immediately as soon as fuel gauge reached End mark (not 'E' letter). I drained all fuel while trying all limits till last 0.5 liters. It never appeared for me. After that put 1 liter from bottle, driven for 7-8 km and made a tank full of another 48.5 liters and left some space as I could see the fuel from lead.

"So it neither work nor a silent feature"

@Satya and other: Guys, please buy the floor mat, after looking at photos I can say, it’s not same as I have. I will get some photos for you guys.

Thats BULL the dealer is giving you. I have myself seen it being laid in one of the new cars in our company parking lot. It was an MGA and they were opening the packaging and laying it. I guess I had mentioned it in one of my earlier posts.
Guess the sales guy is trying to hoodwink you or he does not know MGA as well as you and i do . Its mostly the former.

One update regarding the security.
In one of the thread some one said that due to dry battery the alarm turned on when the door was opened with the key. To disable the alarm in this situation use the following steps.

Once you open the door with the key, alarm turns on. After that open the door. Insert the key in ignition. Then..
Turn ON & OFF the ignition.
Turn ON & OFF the ignition, Press the Alarm button once (TOTAL 4 TIMES).
Turn ON & OFF the ignition.
Now the alarm should be disabled.

This is a generic Alarm Disabling mode (Valet Mode). Applies everytime you need to operate the vehicle without security features. No?

Satya, My dealer gave me the transparent floor mat. Didnt pay for it. It comes in 4 peices ( including the boot ). the one in the rear is one full mat. Pretty good ones compared to the regular mats.

However , ppl say that I cant fit sub woofers to the current system. Wondering if that is true. Anyone in Chennai fixed subs to your SX4 ? Please help

I am not sure whether this is Valet mode. But this works when the car keeps on beeping.

Pardon my ignorance but dont you need a port in the rear parcel shelf if you need to install a sub in the boot? i noticed that the rear parcel shelf in SX4 does not even have a hhole for a speaker let alone a sub.
Crazy vehicle. Guess they reused the swift door panels and let the speakers be in the doors?
