The OE keyless system on Baleno VXi also has this feature. Maybe it's a Nippon standard.

I think it depends on the model of the security system. The Autocop Piranha model that I have on my zen also locks automatically after a minute or so if no doors are opened.

This is the same on the Autocop i have on my car as well.
Man that car is really looking good. Or should that credit go to the photographer ? GV is surely a dark horse in Indian SUV market.
Congrats...Samurai your home town seems to be a good place for off road fun...

In my car as well...My car also has Autocop, if you unlock and donot open the doors in 30sec, the doors get locked again automatically...

Thats using the remote to lock and unlock the car, without having to use the key. :)

same pinch :D i have it in my fusion as well (OE ford)
I have a question on key less entry. Once you move away from the car, it should be automatically locked. But how do you actually check that it has been locked? If you come near to car, it will again unlock.
