Its a good news. And this shows how car companies are taking India seriously. A little more strengthening of its A.S.S and customer satisfaction, and FORD would make a real big change in the sales figure for sure.

Congrats on your new car. Atleast now you can forget the hardship that youhad to put up with. Did you opt for the extended warranty and did ford give you a leather steering wheel with the new car???

Ford Fiesta SXI Tdci comes with Leather Steering,Seats and Doorpads

He paid for the TV. TV was a lemon. He was given a replacement. He was asked to pay up some cash too! Not only that, the harassment and humiliation he lived for 2 years with the defective and unreliable vehicle.

I think its fair on MM's part to demand the last nut and even perfect tyre pressure on this one for sure!
