Guys what should be price of cedia sports 2007 model done 68k kms and 2008 model done 17k . both are single owner and well maintained. both are Mumbai register.
For 2007 with 68k on the clock - 3 lacs for one in good condition.

For 2008 with 17k on the clock - 3.5 lacs for one in good condition. If its the one with momo steering, that came after september 2008, another 20-30k shouldnt be an issue.

In future, you may want to post your query on used car price check thread to get more replies quickly.

Got the ralliart pedals installed today. Here is a picture. The foot rest pedal needed to be cut to match the foot rest design. The pedal was for a left hand drive car and needed alteration.

^ Looks good. Will this make you drive fast and brake harder?

Thanks. But to go any faster, I'd need to turbocharge the car and to brake harder than I do, I'd need bigger Brembos. This stock car cant go any faster and cant brake any harder than I already get it to do. What other reason do you think that I get 6 kmpl sometimes and my brake pads last only under 15k kms .

To be honest, I needed these ever since I bought the car. But they were pretty expensive that time, US$70 plus US$35 shipping. This time I got it for US$45 and free shipping.

Well, I have booked a slot for Saturday. I had called them today and the lady said: It is a free checkup and car wash. Plus there is some discount if you bring your car for servicing within one month. She was not aware of the % of discount on the parts and labour.

Any guesses?

I am more interested in knowing what discounts they offer on labour and parts during my regular service.
Would it be more than 5-10%?
I assume they are compensating for the increased prices of spare parts which Gaurav reported some time back.

I dont think that the discounts available will be more than 10% or so. This camp is held every year by most of the OEMs as soon as summers start. I really dont see a reason to visit the ASC for checkup until you have something that you want to get checked. Firstly, the ASC are very busy at this time and wont service your car in these days. You will be asked to bring the car back couple of days later to rectify any issue found on the day or to get the car serviced. Even if one save 10%, the time and effort gone is more than that.

I plan to pop in to Asian just to enquire about the 3M exterior detailing including 3M teflon coating. Plan to get front and rear bumpers and driver side door painted and get exterior detailing done in a month or 2.

Discounts offered are 5% on parts, and 20% on labour. (according to excel motors)
This camp is hardly worth the trouble, in my opinion.

@gc: Why do you have to go to A.S.S. for car detailing? I am sure they outsource it somewhere. Don't you have a good detailing shop somewhere around? They will charge less and do a better job.
Painting is a different aspect though.

Just wanted to understand the accuracy of fuel gauge of cedia . From tankful of petrol to the time it reaches halfway how much fuel is consumed? Based on the fact that tank capacity is 50 liters half way should consume around 25 liters. Can cedia owners confirm this.

^I don't think half-way is actually 25 lit less. The guage goes right past E.
So, I think half-way mark is around 20 lit.
