Hello Akshay,
There is this guy P. Patel in Goregaon, his number is 9702887000 and 9821178461. The company is Utsav and is advertised as smart plates not high security plates.
Website: www.utsav.co.in check it out.
I had spoken to him awhile back - he quoted me Rs 1500/- for a pair, delivered to your doorstep in two days after the order is given.
Cheers.

Here are some rims I saw today. i dont want black rims since i think there should be some contrast. but i want a darkish grey or gunmetal or black chrome. i liked the second rims the most and i think they would go well with the accord. the first one i dont think will suit the accord. in the 3rd one the exact same design is available in black chrome, hopefully ill see that soon. the 4th one is a simple design but i still think it will go well with the car. the rims i liked the most (2nd pic) wont be available in 17" for 2 weeks so i have till then to decide. i think the black chrome on them looks pretty hot along with that blue inside. what are your opinions?

I'd pick the 3rd one dude! I like them a lot! They'll set your car off pretty nicely! I liked the 1st one too, they're quite classy! However, I don't agree with you on the 2nd one Akshay! They'd look better on a smaller car IMHO!

the first set of rims look great, I would pick these.

I personally did not like the blue in the 2nd pic. I've seen a black sedan with blue highlights in the Rims and did not like it a bit.

The 3rd set looks good too. Red is a sporty colour and will give a little "edgy" look to the car.

i like that design too. the dealer says he is getting that is black chrome design so ill wait till i see that. i dont want matte black since you cant see the design unless your close to the car.

IMO the first set would go beautifully with the older superb but it wouldnt suit the accord. let me do some photoshop and see. the blue highlights are not that bright. they just look like that because of the flash.

what do you guys think about white rims on a black car?
attaching here a photoshop pic of the 2nd set on my car. i think it will look pretty darn good in real life even though it dosent look so good in this pic.

Hey Akshay, great car, but don't change the alloys. The stock ones look fine IMO.

Try some good quality alloys like Konig. I think these will look good on your car:

ps: I absolutely love the first deep dish one. It will look super hot on the Accord.
