Nice rims Akshay!
The entire car looks super after detailing and the rims finish the look quite nicely.

Woah, only 28k?! I'd never expect Enkei rims to be so cheap, and that too in India! Are they orignals?

I don't mean to take over your thread or go OT, but would your guy these rims or something like these? And would they fit a BMW 5 series? They're Enkei as well:

Now these are pretty nice! I'd still take the ones Akshay has on his Accord but other than those, I quite like the 1st and the 2nd one. Looks like this opens the options list for me and my Civic as well!

Of course, they would fit a BMW 5 Series, but if I could afford a 5 series, I'd choose OZ or even BBS wheels over Enkei! But that's just my opinion!

Nice rims, although I see a white Accord with very similar rims in Santacruz everyday.

thanks bro. yes ive been thinking about the projectors, but it just dosent seem worth 18k and then on top of that to spend 8+8k for hids in the low beam and the fogs. also the projectors are taiwan based so the quality could be suspect. another thing is that i have not gone for the all black theme on the car, im keeping some contrast with things like the silver wheels and i think the present chrome lights add to that. so if anything i may just go in for the chrome projectors.

actually 30k buddy. the rims you have posted are the 2010 catalogue. the ones i have are from the previous years stock. anyway lots of companies will be getting their new stock in the next month or so. so let me know when your in mumbai and we can go rim hunting together.

if the 2nd design krazyking has posted were available i would have gone for that without a second thought.

you got a good point about the oz or bbs rims.

thank you..

didnt get time to have a photoshoot of the car today. sorry guys. will do it sometime this week time permitting.

tyre impressions -
today i went on a slightly longer drive than normal and i did notice that the road undulations are felt a little more than earlier, but not something that will bother anyone. one smooth roads it is just unbelievable. the car just glides. also the ride improves alot at higher speeds, but i guess that is a suspension characteristic. also the car sticks to the ground at speeds of 100kmph and over. today on the sealink i just accelerated in the middle to 120kmph and switched lanes rather fast, no complaints. earlier the car used to wobble a bit. of course after that i slowed down to 50kmph and put it on cruise control.

all in all i would recommend these tyres to anyone who has a slightly higher budget for tyres.

Those ORVMs with built in LED indicators came as standard on the last gen post-facelift Accord,as well as the pre-facelift V6 model.

Great wheels. But black would have been meaner.
And Enkei is an Indian company traded as Enkei Castalloy on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
So why would they get their alloys made from Japan? Havent they heard about China?
