hey, the dashboard plastic is coarse, but I like it that way. Its the same on my Nov 2009 Punto as well. Nicely written review. Agree that the low beam is not effective. I need to do something about it, but not sure what yet.

Why is that passenger side door opener lever standing out? Is it supposed to be like that?

Yes, Fuel pump noise from the outside is normal.
I don't think you can order the extra foldable key.
I use the "Adrenalin Rush Meter" to change the gears.
Fiat recommends Selenia Synthetic oil, which costs round about Rs. 600 per liter. Mobil1 costs Rs. 200/lt extra.

I prefer regular diesel. getting 15.5 to 16.5 in City with 100% ACC set at 22. Fuel Choice is Regular BP Diesel. Do ensure you choose a reputed bunk for refueling

Congrats Aditya. The Punto looks lovely in white. Nice pictures there.

An observation with the Punto sales being that the variants that sells more in numbers are the active, emotion and emotion pack. I have hardly seen any ownership thread on the dynamic variant or the car on the road.

Definitely regular diesel. Just make sure you choose the right filling station, making sure the diesel is PURE, and stick to that filling station only.

Premium diesels is basically, Normal Diesel + Additives.
Modern diesel engines do not require additives, and are not recommended by manufacturers.

I guess it's because the active variant looks more VFM compared to the dynamic variant. The price difference is ~35K and there aren't that many features added to justify the price increase. Emotion variant also looks more VFM compared to dynamic. For about 40K more there's ABS+EBD, electric mirrors, music system, rear wash+wipe etc. So people considering the dynamic variant may prefer to spend 40K more and get the Emotion or spend 40K less and settle for the active.

You are welcome.
Being online is part of my job.

Sorry, I didnt knew that you could order extra set of foldable key.

Mine is Active model, I asked FIAT dealership if they could install central locking with foldable key. They told me that its not possible.

Leave alone foldable key, I am yet to find remote operated central locking, which is specifically made for punto and would not void warranty after installation.
