Hi Chethan, my Polo TDi is due for it's second service @29k Kms after 1.8 years. I was planning to take it to volkswagen downtown in Hosur road, but after seeing your Bangalore Motors update I'm confused. which one would you prefer? I would like to receive a hassle free genuine service by some knowledgeable service men. Did my first service from trivandrum from where I took my car, their service is just ok and the charges are a bit on the higher side.

BTW, congrats on your new drive!

I would prefer Bangalore motors @ Rjr ... Setup is good and people are knowledgeable. Try it once and share your experience...

I am looking for this sump guard for Polo - the Polo GT TSi does not have it. Can you share the details like part number, etc and hot to order it?

Thanks,

Thanks,
You can get it from any VW dealer. It might cost you around 8-10k.

The problem is - the dealer is searching for a week now .
If you give me the part number, I will throw it on his face and force him to order one.

Unfortunately, I have not kept the receipts. :(

I got it fitted during a Monsoon camp. As a part of this camp, I was charged Rs.1000 for this guard.

Try some other dealer. I will also inquire next time I visit a showroom and let you know.
